Your information is securely transmitted during the processing of all payments. Bontoni is committed to maintaining the highest levels of security and protection against fraud. PRICES
- The prices of the products may be subject to change over time. The prices displayed on the site are quoted in either Euro or US$. In the event an item is inadvertently listed with an incorrect price, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such a product —regardless of whether the order has been processed (purchased) by the client.
ACCURACY OF COLORS
- We make every effort to accurately represent the colors of each product. Despite this, we cannot guarantee an exact color match because it may depend on your device’s settings. Please bear in mind that different computer displays display colors differently, so what you see on your screen may differ slightly from what others view. You agree to these terms and conditions by placing an order on our website.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
- All orders placed through this site are subject to Bontoni’s acceptance. This means that Bontoni may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and without liability to you or anyone else. If your credit card has already been charged for an order that is later canceled, Bontoni will issue you a refund.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
- We are unable to change or cancel an order after it has been submitted. We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed to guarantee that they reach you in a timely fashion, using the information you supplied at checkout. We recommend double-checking your purchase information before paying to make sure your goods, quantity, and shipping address are right.
RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Bontoni purchase. If you are not satisfied in any way with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with our Returns And Exchange Policy.
- To return an item, you must inform us of your intention to return an item by emailing us at [email protected] or [email protected].
- All returns must be shipped out to us within ten (10) days from the delivery date.
- Items returned damaged, soiled, creased, scuffed, or in any other condition that suggests they have been worn or used will not be refunded or replaced. For this reason, we highly recommend trying on your shoes only on the rug or carpet to avoid scuffing the soles. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition, it was received.
- Any goods returned in an unsellable condition will be returned to the customer and the refund will not be processed.
- All returned items will be examined by Bontoni within four (4) working days from the time we receive the parcel. We will then send you an email confirming the acceptance of the returned items and the refund due to you. In the event a return is denied, we will notify you and return it to you.
- Please note Bontoni’s shipping and duty charges are non-refundable and you, the customer, must pay the direct shipping costs of any returned item purchased from this Bontoni.com.
- Any goods returned in an unsellable condition will be returned to the customer and the refund will not be processed.
- We take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products at Bontoni. If you believe an item purchased directly from Bontoni.com is damaged or defective, please send us an email detailing at [email protected] the issue along with some images.
- We will make a determination, in its reasonable discretion, whether a good has been returned in an unsellable condition or if a good claimed to be damaged or defective was actually damaged or defective when originally delivered to you and used as intended.
- We recommend using a courier service that insures you of the full value of the products, as Bontoni cannot be held liable for any things that are lost without proof of delivery.
- Please note, we do not accept returns from goods purchased through any wholesalers or retailer other than at Bontoni.com.
- As soon as we receive your return, and it is accepted, we will send you a confirmation email and subsequently process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and may take up to five to seven (5-7) days to reach your bank account depending upon your banking institution.
- If you prefer, you may return products using a courier of your choice. We suggest using a shipping service that allows you to track and insure your package, as we are not responsible for returned products during delivery when you arrange to ship yourself.
- All customized orders such as Made-To-Order and Bespoke are not eligible for return.

EXCHANGES

SHIPPING
- Every purchase includes express shipping worldwide and customs duties, thus you will not need to pay additional fees upon receipt of your imported item unless otherwise noted.
- Orders with inventory availability are shipped out within 2-3 business days after order confirmation. All backorder items are shipped out in accordance with the date provided in check out.
- We use UPS and DHL for all deliveries. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Box addresses. All orders require a signature for delivery for security reasons. Once someone has signed, the consignee assumes responsibilities for the goods.
- We cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance.
- Orders that are in inventory are shipped and delivered Monday to Friday excluding holidays.
- We ship to over 50 countries with duties and taxes included. If applicable, duties and taxes will be included in the final price at check out and your shipment will be sent out DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means we will pay any customs import duty on your behalf. Upon delivery, you will not be required to pay any additional fees. In those countries where we cannot pay the duties in advance, we will notify you via email. You will then be responsible for all local duties and taxes. If duties and taxes are not included in the final price at check out, your order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). As such, your order may incur duties, fees, and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority.

- SHIPMENTS TO THE UNITED STATES:: By placing an order with Bontoni.com, you acknowledge that this sale occurs outside the United States and that you are importing your order for non-commercial (personal) use. You also acknowledge that you will be listed as the importer for US Customs and Border Protection purposes and that your order will be imported into the United States in accordance with the necessary customs requirements.
- To make this process more simple, your order indicates your agreement to authorize Bontoni Srl. to appoint a designated carrier/customs broker, where applicable, as your unpaid agent for customs purposes by executing a power of attorney applicable to a single non-commercial shipment. Your order serves as an electronic signature indicating your agreement to the following, as required by US Customs and Border Protection:
“The designated carrier/customs broker is hereby authorized to execute, as an unpaid agent who has knowledge of the facts, pursuant to the provisions of section 485(f), Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, the consignee’s and owner’s declarations provided for in section 485 (a) and (d), Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, and to enter on my behalf or for my account the goods described in the attached invoice which contains a true and complete statement of the facts concerning the shipment.”
- Your authorization permits the carrier/customs broker to file the customs entry on your behalf for any order that is over $2,500 or otherwise requires a formal entry.
